A system to control and monitor legal fees is accomplished through
our monthly billing procedure.

Remuneration for legal services
We calculate our fees in accordance with the Austrian Attorneys Tariffs.
In civil proceedings, Austria has adopted the principle that responsibility
for costs is borne by the loosing party.

Hourly rates
Hourly rates apply to less complicated matters (drafting contracts,
routine consultations, legal expertise etc) through individual client
agreements.
