MEDIATION
Mediation is a voluntary, non-binding, private dispute resolution
process in which a neutral “Mediator” guides Parties
to reach a negotiated settlement. Effective conflict resolution
is more than a social necessity. In many cases, it can be an economic
one too.
• Commercial
Mediation
(Conflicts between Business Partners, Internal Business Disputes,
Generation Gap Conflicts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Training for
Management)
• Private Mediation
(Divorce and Separation Agreements, Family and Communal Conflicts)

• Pedagogic Mediation
(Conflicts between Pupils, Pupils – Teachers, Teachers –
Parents, Training for Conflict Resolution)
A Mediator facilitates the resolution of a dispute by providing impartial
assistance, process management, encouragement and optimism. In doing
so, a mediator can bring hope to a situation that may seem hopeless,
while leaving the ultimate settlement decision in the hands of the
Parties. A mediator assists parties during their talks and guides
them in reaching an agreeable resolution to their dispute.
